STEP ONE
We will meet with you and listen to your ideas and vision!
We will then review the size of your video board and equipment your stadium is using.
And most importantly, learn about your team spirit and culture!
STEP TWO
MDI Studios will take what we learned above and give our professional input on how we can give your stadium the excitement and hype it deserves.
We will go over what we can do with your current sponsors.
STEP THREE
Once you agree to have MDI Studios as your Stadium Entertainment Director, we will create a timeline of filming schedules and testing days.

Stadium Logo Design
It is important to brand your videos with your stadium logo.
Pre-game Music & Announcements
If a game starts at 7 and gates open at 5:30, it is important to create stadium excitement for the fans tailgating or walking into the stadium. We want to choose pregame music and welcoming messages to bring your stadium life far before kickoff.
Weekly Consulting with Management
The following Monday after home games, we consult with the Athletic Director and find out what worked, what needs changed, and if any special event is happening on the upcoming home game.
Video Script Timeline for each Game
For each home game, we work hand in hand with the AD to create a start to finish timeline of video productions played during the game.
